The House Speaker wrote about the aftermath of the Mueller report in a letter to her colleagues.
The House speaker said that just because others "want to accuse somebody of that doesn’t mean that we take that bait."
The House speaker said Biden should apologize, however, and understand that “people’s space is important to them.”
“She didn’t have a full appreciation of how they landed on other people where these words have a history," the House speaker said.
