At least 20 people are dead in the Bahamas after the record-breaking storm pounded the islands for days.
The massive storm gained strength once again late Wednesday as it took aim at the Carolinas.

More than 600 police officers and marines fanned out across the Bahamas, where Hurricane Dorian made landfall, to reach stranded victims.
The storm, at one point a Category 5, left devastation in its wake in parts of the islands.
The record-breaking storm has claimed at least five lives in the Caribbean nation.
Chella Phillips brought the dogs into her Nassau home as the storm lashed the Bahamas.
“I find this article posted at an incredibly inappropriate time,” wrote one person on Twitter.
At least seven people have died and 21 are injured as the now Category 3 hurricane continues flooding the Bahamas.
“We are in the midst of a historic tragedy," Prime Minister Hubert Minnis said of the Category 4 storm.
