I do believe that the vast majority of us grasp how the violence of Wednesday night’s protests is, in a way, a failure for the liberal community.
Yiannopoulos wants violent protests. He wants not to speak. He knows that the best thing that can happen to him is to be silenced.
The Berkeley police and the UC Berkeley police did a fantastic job in holding back.
Yiannopoulos had been scheduled to speak at the University of California, Berkeley, but the event was called off.
WHAT'S HAPPENING
The Berkeley College Republicans had invited the Breitbart editor and notorious Twitter troll to campus to speak.
"It will over time diminish the scope and strength of the educational and research efforts of American universities," one school president said.
"The joke was on him," said one attendee.
