Same-Sex Marriage

Sen. Ted Cruz said on his podcast that the Supreme Court decision legalizing same-sex marriage was wrong.
The Republican said the 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges ruling, which legalized same-sex marriage across the country, "was clearly wrong" and "overreaching.”
Misogyny and homophobia have always worked in tandem, and the justices have proven themselves to be completely untrustworthy.
The ruling last week didn’t directly affect the 2015 decision that paved the way for same-sex marriage. But same-sex couples, especially those with children, are worried.
“My immediate reaction was anger," Jim Obergefell said after the Supreme Court voted to overturn Roe v. Wade.
“For them, the dam has burst,” she said of the justices. “What do you see in their behavior that would give you any reason to believe that they see a reason to stop?”
“This is the first time in the history of our nation that a constitutional right has been taken from the people of America,” the vice president said.
